  • How do I book a room?
    Room bookings are managed through an online booking system called Skedda. You provide us with your business name, phone number and email address and we will email you a link to complete your profile set up on Skedda. Then, you simply sign in and select the room space and time that you require and follow the instructions to complete your booking.
  • What details do I need to provide to become a member of Willow Herbal Centre and use your room booking service?
    Proof of Qualifications Proof of membership of a professional body Proof of Civil Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance Two references
  • Can I book for a full day, half a day or even hourly and if so, is it cheaper?"
    You can book hourly, half a day or the full day The full day is cheaper than half a day or the hourly rate – see booking rates here
  • Is there somewhere for my clients to wait if they arrive early?
    We would encourage you to ask your clients to arrive as near to their appointment time as possible, but we realise that this isn’t always feasable. We have waiting areas which can be used by your clients.
  • How does my client access the clinic?
    There is an intercom buzzer system by the door. Your client buzzes you and you can let them in via a button from the intercom system in your room. The client will hear a buzzing sound once you press the button and then they can push open the fron t door to gain access. They may wait on the chairs in the corridor until you can take them to your room. Room 6 and the garden room are not connected to the intercom and are managed seperately.
  • Is there WiFi at the Willow Herbal Centre?
    All practitioners that work at the Willow Herbal Centre may access the internet using our wifi code. This will be given to you once you commence working here.
